We are living in a very special time. The world has been changed dramatically in the last few months and we can see many prophecies being fulfilled before our eyes.
Many people are afraid about the world’s future, what is going to happen next, how will our future be? Many people fear what is ahead.
Some people are asking: what’s going on with this world? Even churches are closed!
I’m here to say to you: God was not caught by surprise! Our God is sovereign, He reigns and He is in control!
If you are a Bible reader and believe in this book you may know what I’m talking about.
This world has been shaken and will be shaken further!
I want to remind you of something: 2,000 years ago, God sent His son to save us. Satan has tried to kill him since He was born. Satan used the religious leaders and also the Romans soldiers and he killed Jesus the son of God.
Can you imagine how Jesus’ disciples were after the death of their master?
How they were feeling?
Our masters passed away and all the multitude is gone, there is no hope for us!
They had a lot of dreams but on that Passover (Easter) all their dreams were gone ! They saw all their dreams being destroyed.
But our God is sovereign and was in control. When Satan thought he had won, then The Holy Spirit came and raised Jesus from Death!
Today looks like that Passover Saturday, there is darkness over this world but Sunday is coming, our God is in control !
God gave me a Word and I need to warn you and to warn the Church of Christ: be ready because we are walking to the end of times.
I’m not here today to bring you fear or to make you scared about the end of times, no, I’m here to bring you good news!
I’m here to say: rejoice because our redemption is near!
Prepare to meet your beloved Daddy
Prepare to meet your God
Let’s read a passage that Jesus gave to his disciples , and some scholars have called it the mini apocalypse.
“Teacher,” they asked, “when will these things happen? And what will be the sign that they are about to take place?”
Luke 21:7
“Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.””
Luke 21:28
“When these things begin to happen, stand up tall and don’t be afraid. Know that it is almost time for God to free you!””

Jesus said: When you see all these things happening, don’t be afraid, stand up, rejoice, because your redemption is near and you are going to meet your God!
“Teacher,” they asked, “when will these things happen? And what will be the sign that they are about to take place?” Luke 21:7
Jesus’ disciples asked Him 2 questions:
1- When will these things happen? (What is the date of the end times)
2- What will be the sign that they are about to take place?
Jesus said (Mt 24:36) : That day and hour no one knows just the Father !
I’m not going to tell you the date, (never listen a pastor or leader that gives the date for Jesus’ return or a date for the end of times)
Don’t listen to people who claim to know when the end of times is happing.
Jesus said:
DO NOT TRUST YOUR EARS, TRUST YOUR EYES! Keep your eyes vigilant!
If you listen to what everyone is saying about the SECOND COMING AND THE END OF TIMES, you will get into confusion!
Because there are a lot of people telling lies on the internet, Tv and in the media. Keep your eyes open!
Jesus said clearly: When you SEE these things, when you see these SIGNS, know that the end is coming!
“Then Jesus said to them: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences (plagues or virus) in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.”
Luke 21:10-11
You can read about all the signs in Matthew 24 , Mark 13 and Luke 21.
31 When you see these things happening, you know that the kingdom of God is near.
32 “Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened.”
Luke 21:31-32
Jesus said “This Generation” will not pass away until all these things have happened!
What generation is it? It was not Jesus’ generation. The Generation that will see these things happening!
People that are seeing these signs, this generation will see the end times!
Be ready because we are going to meet our Lord soon!
“Prepare to meet your God, O Israel!”
Amos 4:12
“Prepare to meet your God in judgment, you people of Israel!”
Amos 4:12 NLT (New Living Translation)
Amos was speaking to the people of Israel , but today all those who were born again and received Jesus as their saviour are the people of God.
The question is: Are you prepared to meet your God? Are you prepared to meet your God on Judgement day?
If you are not prepared you cannot meet the Lord! Why do you need to be prepared to meet your God?
What should we be prepared for?
1- You need to be prepared for death
“What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.”
James 4:14
The Bible says your life is like a vapour, you’re here for a short time and soon you disappear, you’re gone!
“And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment,”
Hebrews 9:27
Each one of us has 2 booked appointments that we cannot miss out!
1st – the day of our death – It’s appointed for men to die!
2nd – the day of our Judgement
“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.”
II Corinthians 5:10
How are you using your life? What are you doing with your body? Are you investing your life, your time, your money in the kingdom of God?
Are you serving people? Are you loving people? Are you making disciples? Are you investing your time praying, fasting, walking in holiness, because you are going to receive according to what you have done.
2- You need to be prepared for the rapture – we will be taken from this earth to meet the Lord.
“We tell you this directly from the Lord: We who are still living when the Lord returns will not meet him ahead of those who have died. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, the believers who have died will rise from their graves. Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Then we will be with the Lord forever.”
1 Thessalonians 4:15-17
First You need to be prepared for death, If you don’t die, you need to be prepared for the rapture ! We who are still alive will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.
Jesus was very clear about the rapture: those who are not prepared will be left behind.
“Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. 41 Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.”
Matthew 24:40-41
3- You need to be prepared for The return of Jesus
22 “Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.
44 Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.”
Matthew 24:42, 44
We need to be prepared at any time because He is coming at an hour you do not expect!
4- Be prepared to face the great tribulation
“For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Matthew 24:21
Jesus said that there will be a Great Tribulation on Earth like never before!
Christians will be hated and persecuted!
All the prophecies state that things will get worse before they get better. Things will get worse until the second coming of Christ and from then things will change!
In revelation from chapter 6 to 19 there are 21 disasters affecting the whole earth! Seven seals, seven trumpets, seven bowls of wrath!
In one of them a quarter of the world’s population dies! And this hasn’t happened yet!
We know things will get worse and we should be prepared for it!
The great news about the Great Tribulation is that it’s very short and Jesus told us that:
““If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened.”
Matthew 24:22
If those days lasted too long, nobody would survive. He said it’s going to be three and half years, or 42 months, or 1,260 days (Daniel 9:27 Revelation 12:6)
When it comes – we can say to each other: it’s only three and half years to go!
That’s a good thing! Thank you Jesus for telling us!
But the Great Tribulation is not here yet!
You need to be prepared for death or for the rapture or for Jesus’ return or for the great tribulation that will come over the earth!
One of them will come over your life and you need to be prepared.
We are in the last minutes of God’s clock! We are coming close to the end of times.
I’m here to warn you! We are moving closer and closer towards the end.
Are you prepared to meet your God ?
We can prepare with a life of prayer !
“Then he went back to his followers and found them sleeping. He said to Peter, “Could you not stay awake with me for one hour? 41 Stay awake and pray for strength against temptation. Your spirit wants to do what is right, but your body is weak.””
Matthew 26:40-41
How is your life of prayer? Stay awake and pray for you not go into temptations and sins.
When I look at my church, when I look at some Christians from our church I’m afraid they will be in trouble when they face death!
Because many of them are living a selfish life, many people are living for themselves and they are not carrying the cross of Christ!
If the rapture happens now are you prepared to be with the Lord?
If the great tribulation starts now are you in fire for God, are you passionate for Jesus to face persecution?
Now is a time for preparation! You need to go to the secret place! You need to return to the life of prayer!
Or you have the secret place or you have secret sins!
God is giving you a new chance. Restore your relationship with God. Confess your sins, repent, abandon your sins and be ready.
You also need to be united with the Body of Christ that is the Church. Many people are disconnected from the church, they are not part of the body of Christ, they are visitors in the church.
This is a dangerous life, because Jesus will come to take His Church, His bride.
Are you an active member of the church of Christ? Or are you just a visitor?
The Word of God for you is: Wake up, get ready, keep watch, for we are in the last seconds of God’s clock.
Many Christians are spiritually sleeping, others are too comfortable in their little world and will be taken by surprise!
And as your pastor and leader, I must warn you. Wake up, keep watch, be ready, for we are coming to the end!
Please repent from your sins, cry for your sins, abandon your sins, if you are away, come back to the House of the Father, come back to the prayer meetings, renew your covenant with the Lord.
May the Lord bless and keep you , make His face shine on you , be gracious unto you , and give you His peace!
